"I came to four L cars looking for a van for a window cleaning business that I’m setting up ; from the get go there was nothing but a friendly atmosphere , no issues with having a decent test drive etc I had an issue with the van recently , one of the coil springs had broken and I contacted Russ to see if he could help , although my van was still under warranty I didn’t expect Russ to rectify the problem for me as I presumed it was wear and tear .. Russ went out of his way to drive down to my house in his tow truck and tow my van away to a garage that he uses and it was fixed the same day within 2 hours of picking it up because he knew I was using this van for a business ; he had sorted it for me out the goodness of his heart and didn’t charge me a penny There aren’t many honest people like Russ about who genuinely look after their customers and care about their reputation Thanks again Russ !"
